About Us

ICCEU functions as an international and inter-continental advisory body.

Its purpose is:

• to promote and put into practice the establishment of stable relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between national organizations of employers and entrepreneurs;
• to exchange know-how and experiences in the field of regulation of social and labor issues, as well as other related economic subjects, and topics of mutual interest, including anti-crisis measures – because of the similar economic problems in the countries of the region. 

At ICCEU’s last General Meeting, which took place on 9-10 October 2015, the rotating Presidency of the organization for the year 2016 was transferred according to a common decision to the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA), and is currently lead by its Chairman of the Board Mr. Vassil Velev (pictured). 

ICCEU’s next General Assembly will be held on June 30, 2016 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The main discussion at the forum will be linked to confronting and neutralizing the so called “gray economy”.
